This method offers an effective, simple and enjoyable path to experience more of life.
Courses normally take place over a weekend. They are enjoyable and fun and the focus is very much on instructing you so you feel confident in using the techniques once the class is finished. The teaching is down-to-earth and practical and the practice itself is very easy to learn – we can even teach it to children from the ages of 6 and 7 years of age.
No belief is required to practice. We have people come to our classes who would describe themselves as spiritual, others who are more “logic-based” in their approach, and many people who wouldn’t classify themselves as anything in particular.
The one thing all of these people share, however is a deep desire to experience more happiness and peace in their lives and an openness to the possibility that it can be much easier than we have been led to believe.
With this meditation method there are no special positions you need to assume and typically people who practise it quickly experience feelings of calmness, contentment, joy and profound physical rest. In a culture where we are told that we need to work hard to gain anything worthwhile it’s refreshing to discover a simple and enjoyable approach that delivers wonderful results
The techniques although ancient, are perfect for the busy modern mind. They can be practised sitting comfortably in a chair with your eyes closed, and, perhaps uniquely among meditative practices, can also be used with eyes-open as you are engaged in your daily activities.
This helps you maintain a more positive, peaceful and creative attitude as you go about your day.
