Soft Movements

“Be like water, my friend.”

In this session, we will be exploring the qualities of softness, as a compliment to the more energetic Movement Practice. Our work may involve breath work, opening of the body, slow movement patterns, somatic focuses and stillness.

Together, we will cultivate this quality within the body and mind, and by doing so becoming adaptable, flowing, growing, just like water.
