This Meditative Slow Flow Yoga class moves a little more slowly than our other flow classes.
Poses are held for slightly longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.
Because of this, Slow Flow is a less intimidating experience for those newer to yoga and those who are nursing injuries. Although stretching is often emphasised in Slow Flow, there is plenty of room to work strength in the longer holds.
The evolving sequences of postures are deep, mindful and meditative. Expect to feel calm and rejuvenated at the end of class.
