Private sessions are usually 45 to 90 minutes long and are available for meditation and all types of yoga classes.
Some appropriate times to have individual tuition include:
- getting started, especially if group classes seem overwhelming or intimidating
- when your practice seems to have reached a plateau
- when you have had an injury or are recovering from illness
- managing stress
- managing weight
Yoga Therapy tailors yoga postures to the individuals needs and is suitable for a wide range of health conditions such as:

- depression; including postnatal depression
- back, shoulder or neck pain

- digestive problems; IBS, constipation

- ME, and other forms of severe fatigue
