A strong healthy body is produced by combining deep breathing, relaxation and concentration with the postures. Energy levels increase and the body regains its natural flexibility. Stress and tension are released, relaxing and balancing the mind, body and spirit. By practising yoga, one can maintain youthfulness and enjoy a wonderful improvement in your physical and mental well-being.

Our studio is a beautiful light and airy space. There is lots of natural day light and ambient lighting for the evenings. The studio has a commercial grade air-conditioning and dehumidifier system, so it can be kept at the perfect conditions for your comfort, warm in the winter months and cool in the summer months.
Although we are fully equipped with yoga props, at this current time, we are asking you to bring your own if you have them. If you wish to use our bolsters, please bring a towel or pillowcase to cover them.
