Aditi Yoga Lagos is committed to protecting your privacy and security at all times. The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. We only collect data that you voluntarily share with us. We will use the information we collect from you lawfully and carefully, and in accordance with current Data Protection Act legislation. Your information is kept fully confidential;  we do not pass your information to any other party, and we will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

What personal information do we hold?

When you enquire about our services or sign up to our classes or workshops we require a basic level of information in order to provide the best experience.  By completing an enquiry form or registering for one of our events by email, by telephone, or in person, you consent to the storage and processing of your personal data for the processing of your enquiry or booking. Your name, address, phone number, relevant health information and liability waiver consent are stored within our systems following your enquiry or booking.

What do we do with this information?

Aditi Yoga Lagos will only use your data to ensure that you are receiving the most relevant information, specific to your class, workshops or therapy session bookings and upcoming events that may be of interest. We will never share your personal data with a third party and we will never use your data in any way other than the above.

Where is my information stored?

Your personal details are stored in our booking software, Bookwhen, and are used as part of your personal account (as managed by you) to enable you to book into classes, workshops and courses, and to receive email notifications and reminders.

In order to receive our newsletters, your name & email address are stored in our newsletter distribution software, Mailchimp, as part of a mailing list.

How can I opt out of email reminders and newsletters?

You can opt out at any time by contacting or visiting your Bookwhen account.

You can opt out of our newsletters by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.
