She started her Yoga practice in 1998 whilst living in Munich and has stayed on this path of self transformation since then. Her approach to Yoga goes beyond the physical practice of asana.
Maria truly believes that Yoga is a way of living and a perfect tool to help one connect with our true nature of happiness and contentment in the daily life. Sharing the lessons of Yoga philosophy and the many benefits of this ancient practice of body & mind connection is her true passion.
Maria loves to explore the different types and styles of yoga, so she teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and is also sharing her Ashtanga Yoga learnings from Mysore, focused on absolute beginners.
Maria is also a qualified Massage Therapist and body worker, and recently started her Trauma Healing / Breathwork studies.
