Jacob - Movement & Lifestyle Coach
Jacob is a Movement and Lifestyle Coach, whose focus is on cultivating practices which allow his clients to realise the best version of themselves. The Movement Practice is one tool amongst many which can be used to facilitate personal growth and lasting change.

Leaving Australia 5 years ago, Jacob’s journey led him to explore different transformational tools and movement modalities, including a certification in yoga teaching. He takes a pragmatic approach in applying such tools towards coaching, and crafts sessions to best suit the needs of the groups or individuals he works with.

Why develop a Movement Practice?

Movement for me has always been about exploring the capabilities of my body and how it can bring me into relationship with the people or places around me. It is through Movement that I found the value of community and deep appreciation of our natural world. And it is through Movement that I was able to transform my life from a state of dissatisfaction to one of purpose and connection.

My Movement Practice has taken me from team sports, to outdoor recreation, and to yoga, dance, gymnastics, circus, breath work, meditation amongst others. But the evolution in my Practice was more than just physical. The Practice has been a tool which I have used to facilitate personal growth and lasting change in my life and lifestyle.

Through committing to the Practice, I am beginning to realise the best version of myself. And now I wish to share this powerful insight with others.
